Positive Habits

Some of the things that helped me to change my life for the better was creating positive habits and replacing the negative ones. I know, I know that it's so much easier said than done. You don't have to adapt a lot of changes at first and It is always better to start off small.

  1. Making list is one thing that you can do. It is very simple to write down goals or plans for the next day in a planner or a notebook. Having a plan ahead for the next day makes things so much easier.

  2. Journaling is a way to write down how you feel and to watch how much you change and grow. and it really helps me to think.

  3. Make a list of your short and long-term goals and hang them up where you can see them. My fiancee uses a white boards. Run that marathon, work on that book, or go for that promotion. I write down short-term goals and long-term goals.

  4. Make your bed when you get up. This is something that I do every morning and it really helps me to start the day thinking and organized. Positive vibes people!

  5. Self-care. This is something that I can't stress enough. Self-care means many different things to different people. This will change how you feel and your outlook on life. Eat something you love, say no when you don't feel like doing something, enforce boundaries or whatever makes you feel well.

  6. I'm also a big fan on positive affirmation. If you expect good things they will happen. Your attitude contributes to how your day will be.
